Jimmy Butler out for Game 2 against Knicks

Miami Heat star Jimmy Butler will not play in Tuesday’s Game 2 against the Knicks in Madison Square Garden.

Butler hurt his right ankle in game 1, but continued to play and helped the Heat get game one on the road.
