Henri “Pocket Rocket” Richard had CTE at Time of Death

Former Montreal Canadians legend, Henri “Pocket Rocket” Richard, the brother of Maurice “Rocket” Richard was diagnosed with CTE at the time of his passing in 2020.

Richard’s son Denis revealed the indformation.

16 of 17 NHL players whose brains have been studied showed findings of CTE.

Richard played 20 years in the NHL and amassed 1046 points, passed away at the age of 84.
