Derek Carr to Sign with the Saints

Former Raiders quarterback Derek Carr is set to sign with the New Orleans Saints.

Carr, who was released by the Raiders in February, Carr was the Raiders starting quarterback for nine years. Mike Garafolo reports that deal is worth $150 million with $100 million guaranteed.
