Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce reportedly told teammates he plans to retire following the team’s 32-9 loss to Tampa Bay last night in the NFL Super Wildcard round.

Kelce, 36, played 13 years in the NFL, which he achieved seven Pro Bowl selections and was honored on six All-Pro teams and is widely regarded as the best center of the last decade. Kelce has flirted with retirement after the last couple seasons only to play on and continue to play at the highest level.

Kelce has become a media darling over the past couple seasons as his New Heights podcast that he does with his brother, Chiefs All-Pro Jason is one of the most viewed and listen-to shows of its genere.

Kelce will have lots of endorsement and media offers in his retirement and a job of best man could be in his future, should Jason tie the knot with Pop-Superstar Taylor Swift.
