Belichick, 71 who is just is just 15 wins behind all-time winning coach Don Shula, has a total record of 302-165 in the regular season plus he is 31-13 in the playoffs counting his stint with the Cleveland Browns from 1991-1995.

Rumors ate the Belichick still wants to coach and would be a hot commodity for any of the seven (Seattle, Carolina, Atlanta, Los Angeles Chargers, Oakland, Tennessee and Washington) openings.

Yesterday, Belichick’s close friend and former defensive coordinator with the Browns, Nick Saban announced his retirement from Alabama.
